and management community. Its sole purpose is to help you attain your personal career

your management career, myManageMentor provides a safe haven for you to seek your
solution in two ways. The first is asking a focused group of individuals, called
your Trusted 10, who are individuals that are selected for you based on the industry
you are in, the level of experience you have and your geographical location. The
second way to gain assistance is to ask the MAGI. The MAGI are a hand selected group
of individuals who have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in many different
industries and have experience in all levels of management. The MAGI do not simply
hand you a solution: if they did, you would learn nothing. Instead, the MAGI use
the philosophy of Personal Empowerment to help you think over and work through your
obstacle to gain insight, knowledge and help you become a better problem solver.
