Information engulfs us today.  So why should you use the myManageMentor tool?  The answer is simply that myManageMentor provides relevant information, from trusted sources, in a timely manner specifically for business professionals.  We believe that no other tool does this so effectively.

The process begins with building your Trusted10.  Our proprietary MentorMatch system will identify key individuals with whom it may make sense for you to network and know. The matches are made based on a number of criteria in your profile and theirs, including industry, experience, location, and many others.  From the initial matches, you select your Trusted10 – the ten people who you feel will be the most valuable for you to know professionally.  Unlike most social network sites, where it’s all about how many people you know, myManageMentor is about the quality of people you connect with, not the quantity.  Its less about the people you already know and more about the people you should know.

The Trusted10 become your network of chosen colleagues, available to share advice, ideas, motivation, and inspiration. When you have a question, shoot it to the entire group or any number of select individuals and feel comfortable knowing that you are not broadcasting to the entire Web. Likewise, folks whose Trusted10 you are part of will be seeking your advice in areas that you have professional experience.  myManageMentor embraces the concept of “paying it forward”.  You seek advice and help from some and provide advice and help to others.  Call it professional karma if you will.

Additionally, myManageMentor can put you in touch with higher-level mentors (the MAGI) who have been thoroughly vetted through our MentorProfile process.  These mentors provide more detailed advice and information based on their background industries and level of experience.  This gives you the ability to get consultant-level advice without the consultant-level price tag.  Take peace of mind in the fact that the MAGI are always there, along with their vast networks to help in anyway possible.
